Finally Pulled the Trigger on a Low Rider ST

Well, it finally happened I picked up a Low Rider ST. For a while there, I was slowly turning my Street Bob into my own version of the Low Rider S. But once I started researching inverted forks, I knew where this was headed. It wasn’t an easy call. I really liked my FXBBS. I’d put a lot of time and effort into that bike, and it was solid. Both bikes are part of the Softail platform. The Low Rider S is more of a performance bike with its inverted forks and dual front disc brakes. The Street Bob is a stripped down Bobber type bike.

Motorcycles

I have loved motorcycles ever since I can remember. I got my first motorcycle around the age of 21, a Yamaha R6. I had my first major crash about 9 months later. Sadly the bike was destroyed. Being the rookie that i was I locked my rear wheel in a blind intersection in a canyon road. I ended up going head on into a Toyot Sequioia. Recovery was painful, both physically and mentally. My body was messed up, I lost all my toenails and was badly bruised...
