I've had the Street Bob for a few months now. So it's about time to void the warranty. I mean install some mods.

First order of business is to swap this hideous stock exhaust, swap the seat out and add some sort of fairing to make highway riding a bit more comfortable.

The stock exhaust was replaced with Vance & Hines Short Shots. It's the same exhaust I had on my sportster and I like the way it looks.

The stock seat was very uncomfortable for rides longer than an hour, so I replaced it with a Saddlemen Step Up Seat.

With the bike being a bobber I was skeptical of adding any fairing at first, but I ultimately decided to go with a Memphis Shades Road Warrior and give it that clubstyle look. While I was at it I inverted the mirrors. To do this I needed the turn signal mounts from a Low Rider S. I think it looks better this way.

To keep the clubstyle theme going I installed some 12" T-Bars. Initially I wanted to go with IMZZ Dive Bars, but they were out of stock for months. So, I ended up going with Lucky Dave's The San Diego Bars. The install was rather simple, with some patience and a friend, we got it done rather quickly. I strongly recommend you install them yourself, it can save you a few hundred bucks.

I'm really not a fan of the Orange tank graphic. Luckily I was able to source a 2020 Street Bob tank on Offer Up. They came in solid colors that year.

Other mods include IMZZ OG Crash Bar and some Death Metal Racing clutch and brake levers.

More mods to come...
